Beyonce, Jay-Z and Baby Blue were spotted in Paris grabbing lunch at Szptime restaurant. Blue who was seen walking is now 15 months and is looking more and more like Jigga. Jay was even spotted stealing kisses from Blue Ivy.
Jay-Z is starting to come around about the public seeing Blue since he is adamant about keeping their daughter away from paparazzi.
